Riverside Community College District (RCCD) Parking Information
If you choose to bring a car and park on campus, a valid UCR parking permit is required and must be associated with your vehicle license plate at all times on the UC Riverside campus.
- New RCCD Students: If you are logging in to the parking portal for the first time, please follow these instructions to setup your account and purchase a parking permit. If you need additional assistance, please contact Transportation Services at (951) 827-8277, option 1.
- Continuing RCCD Students: If you already have an existing account and previously had a RCCD North District 2 permit, you can login to the Parking Portal and purchase a permit. Please call our office if you need further assistance.

Refunds are prorated and will depend on the unused portion of the permit.
Electric Vehicle Charging: To utilize the electric vehicle charging spaces in Lot 18, you will need to purchase an additional Electric Vehicle Housing Add-On permit for $17.00/month. Please contact Parking Services at (951) 827-8277 to purchase this permit.
