Airports
There are three major airports near Riverside:
Located approximately 20 miles northwest of UCR. A standard Uber or Lyft ride from campus will cost roughly $45-$65 and will take approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.
Located approximately 45 miles southwest of UCR. A standard Uber or Lyft from campus typically costs between $80-$110 and will take about 1 hour and 10 minutes or more depending on traffic.
Located approximately 70 miles west of Riverside. A standard Uber or Lyft from campus typically costs between $135-$180 and will take 90 minutes or more depending on traffic. Another option is to take the Metrolink train to LA Union Station and then connect to the LA Fly Away Bus, which stops at all terminals.
You can find transit connection options using the Transit Mobile app or Google Maps. UCR Bannockburn Village is the starting point from campus for all public transportation options to the nearby airports.
