We are located on the UCR campus at 683 Linden Street. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or by Transfer to Student Account.

For after hour payments, there is a secure payment box available and located at our buildings main entrance. When using the after hour payment box please pay by check only and include the citation number(s) on your check.

Payment Plan Options for Indigent Persons

Assembly Bill 503 (CVC 40215b) allows for a payment plan for qualifying indigent persons.  A person may request an indigency determination within 60 calendar days of citation issuance or 10 days after an administrative hearing resolution (whichever is later).  A request for indigency determination can be made by completing the Parking Citation Payment Plan and Indigent Status Application and submitting the application to UCR Transportation Services, 683 Linden St, Riverside, CA 92521, either in person or by mail. Upon application submittal, the following documents are required: proof of income and/or proof of receipt of benefits as outlined in the application and a copy of the vehicle DMV registration.
