When you submit a first level review online, a confirmation will appear on the screen. In addition, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on the submitted form.

Do I have to pay my citation while I am waiting for a decision on my request?
No. The payment of the citation is suspended until a decision has been made. If your request for cancellation is denied, our response will advise you of a new payment due date.

I missed the 21-day deadline. Can I contest it anyway?

I do not agree with the results of my first review request. What can I do now?
You may request a second level administrative hearing. The administrative hearing can be scheduled online at the Bookings page. You must pay your citation in full prior to filing or scheduling a hearing. If you schedule a hearing without paying the citation, your appointment will be cancelled. Hearings may be rescheduled 24 hours before the hearing date. All hearings will be held via telephone and must be scheduled at least 1 week in advance of the hearing date.
