I have a guest(s) coming to campus. How do I get them permits?

  • Are they already here? Yes.

    Your guest needs to purchase a daily permit at a paystation, at the kiosk, or through ParkMobile.

  • Are they already here? No.
    Who is paying for their parking?

    Your guest needs to purchase a daily permit at a paystation, at the kiosk, or through ParkMobile.
    The department Do you have the license plate information ahead of time?

    Yes.

    Available options:

    1. Submit a request for a permit via the Recharge system and the guest can go straight to the designated parking lot.
    2. Submit a request for a permit via the Kiosk Daily Permit system and the guest can go to the kiosk and the attendant will assist your guest on where to park.
    No.

    Available options:

    1. Submit a request for a permit via the Kiosk Daily Permit system and the guest can go to the kiosk and the attendant will assist your guest on where to park.
    2. Request a weblink where your guest can register their vehicle and the guest can go straight to the designated parking lot.  This request would incur a $55 setup fee and a requires a minimum of 3 business days’ notice or a $61 late fee will be added.
