Requests for drivers and transport services must be submitted 10 business days prior to your event. Requests received without a 10-day lead time may be accommodated but are subject to driver and vehicle availability and may include overtime charges. Requests may be submitted as follows:
- Authorized department users can login to the UCR Web Recharge System and select TAPS-EVNT for your service request.
- Complete the general information in the appropriate fields
- Event Name
- Event date
- Number of passengers
- Type of vehicle required
- Provide specific details in the “Description of Required Services”
- Pick-up and destination addresses
- Pick-up/drop-off times
- Other special requirements
- Please review your request before submitting.
