Requests for drivers and transport services must be submitted 10 business days prior to your event. Requests received without a 10-day lead time may be accommodated but are subject to driver and vehicle availability and may include overtime charges. Requests may be submitted as follows:

  • Authorized department users can login to the UCR Web Recharge System and select TAPS-EVNT for your service request.
  • Complete the general information in the appropriate fields
    • Event Name
    • Event date
    • Number of passengers
    • Type of vehicle required
  • Provide specific details in the “Description of Required Services”
    • Pick-up and destination addresses
    • Pick-up/drop-off times
    • Other special requirements
  • Please review your request before submitting.
