In collaboration with the League of American Bicyclists’ (LAB), UC Riverside is working towards becoming an official Bicycle Friendly University.  To better understand bicyclist’s experiences on campus, they are asking that students, staff, faculty, and alumni who are familiar with the current bicycle programs, facilities and amenities on campus fill out a survey.

We ask that you take this anonymous survey by November 30th as the input received through this survey will help inform the final award decision and will also be included in the Feedback Report which will help UCR improve their program.

To become a Bicycle Friendly University, the League of American Bicyclists looks at the bicycling environment on University-owned roads and properties. To encourage bicycling around our campus, UCR provides over 3,000 bike rack spaces on campus as well as on-site fix-it stations.  Free bike registration and licensing is also available to the entire campus community and offers incentives to faculty, staff and grad students enrolled in the Alternative Transportation Program.

If you have any questions about the Bicycle Friendly University survey, please reach out to us via email at alttransportation@ucr.edu.
