We are pleased to extend a warm invitation to the 2025 PAC Conference, hosted by Transportation Services at the University of California, Riverside, taking place on Tuesday, January 21 through Thursday, January 23, 2025, in Riverside, CA.
This conference will bring together leaders and decision-makers in transportation to explore cutting-edge advancements in technology and research, foster collaboration, and support the growth of the industry. We have curated a comprehensive agenda designed to offer valuable opportunities for engagement, knowledge sharing, and connection within our region and beyond.

Note: Please be aware that the schedule is subject to change as the conference planning develops. Transportation to and from locations will be provided. Shuttle service will be provided for transport to/from the Marriott Riverside hotel to the UCR campus in the mornings and evenings of the conference.

Marriott Riverside at the Convention Center is centrally located in downtown Riverside, California, offering a blend of regional style and comfort. With 293 rooms, including 24 suites, it caters to both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is close to the Riverside Convention Center, local attractions like the Fox Performing Arts Center and Mission Inn, and is just a mile from the Riverside County Courthouse. It also features a business center, a concierge lounge, and 11,000 square feet of meeting space, making it an ideal venue for conferences and events.

If you will be attending only part of the conference and plan to drive to campus, we have several convenient parking options to accommodate your needs:

For those driving a University vehicle with CA EXEMPT plates, you may park in unreserved spaces within the designated lots on the conference days, without requiring a parking permit.

The annual PAC Conference (formerly the PAC-12 Conference) draws representatives from all various West Coast campuses who will convene to discuss common industry challenges and opportunities unique to our environment. This is a unique opportunity to inform and educate this exclusive audience of decision-makers. Last year’s conference attracted approximately 40-45 attendees.
