The costs of driving alone can add up quickly. This October, we encourage you to participate in IE Commuter’s Rideshare Week 2026 and discover that using alternative transportation can help you save money, reduce stress and enjoy your trip to and from campus.
Whether you carpool, vanpool, take public transit, bike, walk, or work a hybrid schedule, every trip you take without driving alone can make a positive impact on your wallet and your well-being. Plus, you could win prizes!
Employees who participate in Rideshare Week will be entered for a chance to win an Apple iPad, Nintendo Switch OLED and other exciting prizes through the IE Commuter prize drawing. Undergrad students who participate will be entered into a UCR prize drawing to win an Amazon gift card.
Participating is easy. Simply choose an alternative to driving alone during October and log your trips through the program website.
